I don’t require deposits and I don’t charge cancellation fees. I simply ask for clear communication as soon as you know you need to cancel or reschedule.
As an independent stylist, missed appointments affect my schedule and other clients who may be waiting for a spot. Giving notice, even last minute, allows me to adjust my day and offer that time to someone else. I truly appreciate the respect and honesty, and I always try to offer the same flexibility in return.
